Pro Club Fitness is a Canadian corporation specializing in fitness facility consulting, equipment, and management.

We work with clients from a broad range of organizations of various sizes and across various sectors, from large public companies, universities and colleges, condos, resorts and hotels, golf and country clubs to small and medium sized enterprises. We scale our services and the client’s fitness facility to meet their needs, objectives, and budget.

We help our clients integrate fitness solutions into their operations so that they make lasting improvements to their facilities, help them improve their performance, and realize their most important goal of improving on their customer, employee, or member experience and ultimately on their bottom line results. 

We strive to build a relationship with every client, for the long term. Our commitment does not cease once the project is completed. We continue to help our clients by managing their fitness programs to ensure their new facility improves performance and that their goals are achieved and exceeded.

Our Consulting Services include:

  • Strategic & Budget Planning to help our clients introduce a new fitness facility into their operation or revive an outdated one.
  • Facility Design which ranges from facility infrastructure to fitness equipment including plans and layout recommendations and provision of 3D renderings, 3D video walk throughs and 3D printed models.
  • Project Development which involves liaison with architects, construction managers, and facility staff to ensure the facility infrastructure requirements for equipment, entertainment, and networking are met.

Our Equipment Services include:

  • Bid Management which involves bid package design, vendors selection and invitation, bid review and analysis, and equipment sourcing from multiple manufacturers to ensure our clients have the best equipment whilst still meeting their budget restraints.
  • Equipment Selection and Acquisition to help our clients determine which equipment best suits their operation and budget.
  • Capital Budgeting as applied to leasing or purchasing of fitness equipment as capital assets.
  • Equipment Layout Design and Installation to ensure all equipment is installed to manufacturers safety guidelines and equipment placement meets American College of Sport Medicine Health and Fitness Facility Standards and Guidelines.
  • Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Service recommendations to help extend the life of the equipment and to ensure limited downtime during repairs.

Our Management Services include:

  • Project Management of all aspects from idea conception to Grand Opening. From design to construction to equipment integration.
  • Facility Management to ease the burden of daily facility tasks and functions including equipment monitoring, lease management, and management of human resources, programs and events.
  • Program Planning and Management which involves designing, implementing, staffing, and managing all aspects associated with fitness programs such as yoga classes, personal fitness training, and other group fitness classes.
